14 Before 2014

2014 is coming sooner and I have some things that I haven't done or got it. When I read an inspiring post from Betty Red Design about 14 before 2014 on her blog, I decided to make my own 14 before 2014. FYI, Betty is a great designer with her simplicity and clean style, I love her designs! And here it is, my 14 before 2014:

Color mood // Neutral

I'm in the mood for neutral colors. It's really calming and heart-warming. I wish someday I have a neutral looking home with my husband and my dogs. Well, it's a part of my future vision. A house filled with calming colors, I would choose pastels but as a family home it's better with neutrals.

Design Process // Güzel by Anindita Alisia

I'm so excited to show you my latest work I just did for my friend, Anindita Alisia. She will open her hijab store sooner (Güzel by Anindita Alisia) and she put a trust on me for her store branding. She wanted something soft like pastel colors, and some flowers on her brand. And here I come with pastels and flower, and I wan it to simple as I can. To be honest, I'm a fan of pastel colors. Especially, pink! I can wait to show you the website and the photos I did for Güzel. Happy Friday!

Autumn Colors

Last week, I went to my grandma's house in small town, Batu, for an escape from the heat of Surabaya. I also want to see how Candy (a puppy that I got from my friend and then I gave it to my grandma) grew up. You can't imagine how hot Surabaya is, with average temperature 34 C, people with get so easily mad and stressed. Thanks to Global Warming, now we have to suffer on this hot day.

At my grandma's house, there wasn't much I had done. I was busy with assignments so all I did there was sitting in front of my computer, took a rest, go back to computer, playing with the dogs, eat something, back to computer, and so on. And some pictures taking, fall is coming.

Because Batu will be having a birthday, there was an exhibition from Indonesian's army and air force (which was reminding me to my boyfriend) near my grandma's house. There was also attraction from air force doing some free fall high up in the air. And I can see those soldiers doing free fall from my grandma's house because the drop zone was near grandma's. The funny thing was, there was a soldier who couldn't make it to the drop zone but he made it landing at local farmer's market because the wind speeds was too fast. Thank God he didn't land on tiger's or lion's cage on Batu's secret zoo.

And I fall in love with Lorde's Pure Heroine album. I love her songs, especially Glory and Gore, Team, and of course Royals.

Lesson Learned // Blogging Schedule

I'm in love with blogging since I saw many beautiful blogs and I really want to make my own blog like that. So, I started first with designing my blog. Never ending blog re-designing. Seriously, I already change my blog design for almost 10 times. And I'm a little bit confused when choosing what topic should I write for my blog posts.

Short Trip to Jakarta

Hey guys! I haven't post anything since last thursday because I've been busy preparing stuff for short trip to Jakarta. A surprise for my boyfriend, precisely. We haven't met since August 11th, and he had to go to Jakarta for a week for 68th anniversary of Indonesian Military. He said that he could be visited every night, but I said to him that I couldn't be there. But I made it to Jakarta!

Goodbye September 2013!

Today's the last day of September 2013 and I'm so excited to see how I've been doing on September. There are so many lessons learned, like, I finally do a new blog routine. Even though there's been a lot through my mind on September, I just feel blessed with everything He gave to me. New projects, so much lessons learned, and everything.

Typography: I Know I'm Not Fat But I Have Fat That I need To Lose

Most girls always think that they’re fat but actually not. Well, I’m one of those girls, I’m fat but not skinny. And I hate to see fat on my body, it’s really disturbing and killing my confidence. Even my boyfriend said, “You are not fat. Believe me, I had experienced with fat girls”

Okay, people might think I’m not fat, but I have fat that I need to lose. Especially on my thighs. And that’s why I do my new routine: 3x exercises every week.

And i also came up with this typography work I made it with Adobe Illustrator CS6.
